Poems from Vincent Ferrini to his friends on Cape Ann
The Poet Laureate of Gloucester, Vincent Ferrini, gone from us now over 5 years, was an energy-and-good-will spreading friend to so many! These poems, written between 1973 and 2005, each of them dedicated to a specific friend in Cape Ann, are endowed with a specificity and precision of line and sentiment that gleam in their gathering. Taken together, the poems in Incredible Dancer send forth a constant stream of good will, and yes, in some, an erotic vivacity that brings Vincent alive and dancing in our minds. And also, Vincent's belief in Eternity shines forth in these good-natured bardic salutations.
